Study Multicultural Women’s Leadership in 2023.

Do you aspire to be a leader in your workplace or community but lack the confidence or skills to take the next step?

If this sounds like you, consider registering your interest to participate in a FREE*, part-time course, starting in 2023.

The multicultural women’s leadership program

Specifically for women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, this certificate IV course is designed to help grow participants’ confidence and leadership abilities.

Offered over 2-years, part-time (to fit in with work, family, and community commitments), students learn skills enabling them to:

  • build capacity for effective leadership and decision-making
  • communicate and interact confidently in teams
  • develop and deliver presentations
  • participate effectively in settings such as meetings/committees/boards
  • identify a career plan
  • generate networking contacts
  • raise awareness of gender issues in society, locally and globally
  • advocate for themselves and others within their communities.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates earn the qualification: Certificate IV in Women’s Advocacy [10740NAT].

2. Download and complete the Expression of Interest form.

3. Submit your EOI by COB Monday 21 November 2022.

Please note submission of the EOI does not guarantee entry to the program. Applicants will be shortlisted depending on suitability aligned with their level of English proficiency, work role, volunteer, or community participation.

The course will commence in February 2023 and will be delivered from TAFE SA’s city campus, 120 Currie Street, Adelaide.
